|APPLYING FOR COMMUNITY AWARDS/GRANTS|
If you wish to apply for an award from Ilkley Parish Council, please download this form (available in both Word and pdf versions).
If you intend to make an award application, please ensure you read the rules and qualifying criteria (found on the first two pages of the application form).
If you have any queries then please contact the parish clerk who will be glad to help.
The Awards and Projects Committee deals with all award applications and meets bi-monthly (the dates can be found on the site calendar).
Applications of £5,000 or less can be authorised by the Awards and Projects Committee alone.
Applications of £5,001 or more are still considered by the Awards and Projects Committee but it makes a recommendation which is then submitted for full council approval (or not, as the case may be) at the next full council meeting.
Applications must be received one week before the Awards and Projects Committee meeting.
Applicants are expected to attend the meeting so as to answer any questions that councillors may have and/or to provide further information. If an applicant does not attend the meeting then the application will be deferred to the following meeting.
